Delight yourself in the “Lord”
Psalm 37: (NRSVCE) “ Trust in the Lord, and do good; so you will live in the land, and enjoy security. Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act.”
Isaiah 58:13-14 (NRSVCE) “ If you refrain from trampling the sabbath,
from pursuing your own interests on my holy day; if you call the sabbath a delight and the holy day of the Lord honorable; if you honor it, not going your own ways, serving your own interests, or pursuing your own affairs; then you shall take delight in the Lord, and I will make you ride upon the heights of the earth; I will feed you with the heritage of your ancestor Jacob, for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.
As you delight yourself in the “Lord Jesus Christ” He will place His desires in your heart aligning you with his will, to fully fill your life with the joy of the Lord and Victory in Him through you.
Delight in Him, prepare to ride the path He clears and shows you.
Smile, stand up boldly, mount up. You have a race to win!!
