Morning Line: Made Acceptable!

2 Corinthians 5:21 (AMPC) “ For our sake He made Christ [virtually] to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become endued with, viewed as being in, and examples of] the righteousness of God [what we ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right relationship with Him, by His goodness].”

The world tells us that our value is connected to our ‘doing.’


Growing up, we’re constantly compared or comparing. But no matter how hard we tried, still were not satisfied. Leaving us burned out, confused and turned off. When all we really need is the assurance of God’s unconditional love!
Until we know in our heart and mind that we’re loved by God apart from what we do or don’t do, we stumble. Jesus Christ made possible our assurance through the cross. We now longer stumble along believing that our acceptance with God is performance-based, or we fail.
There was a performance but not ours. It is what Jesus Christ did for us at the cross! He blood washed our sins away and His body healed us. Jesus Christ loves you unconditionally and is committed to working with you. And the best part is, He doesn’t condemn you while He’s doing it! He understands your temperament, your struggles, and even the faulty foundation upon which you’ve based your self-worth. He cares. As you grow in a personal relationship with Him, He relieves pain, reveals true value, and releases gifts in you.

Remember John 3:17 (NKJV) “ For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world (or you), but that the world (you) through Him might be saved.”

Know you are positioned securely ‘in Jesus Christ.’ Therefore you’re always acceptable to Him. Your Father God and creator see you as special and a WINNER!
